Early Concepts: Wireframes

After initial discussions with product owners, I created paper sketches and task flows. I displayed these in the UX lab for collaborative working sessions with stakeholders, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Tech Leads, and Development teams. In these huddles, I provided walkthroughs of the concepts, after which we revisited user needs, product functionality, and technical considerations to inform the next round of conceptual designs. This iterative process enabled alignment across teams.
Conceptual Design

Task flows were created to document functionality and user flows before prototyping. These were presented to all stakeholders to align understanding of the product capabilities and workflow. Like the paper sketch reviews, remote teams used low-fidelity prototypes to refine concepts and plan next steps. In collaboration with Product Management, early concepts were also shown to users to gather feedback.
